It would really depend on what part of the country you are in. If you look up local salons on the web some of them list their prices.
If you are interested in results like waxing but at a much lower cost I'd recommend getting the Braun silk-epil (basically a razor that acts like very fast tweezers) or one of the cold wax gels that are usually green - Nads or Sally Hansen. The pre-waxed strips get pretty expensive.
