Home waxing vs. salon waxing?

I've tried the strips but they hardly even worked even though I followed the directions exactly. I go to the salon to get it done now but how can I get the same results at home? Anyone know what brand they use or one that is just as good? Home waxing vs. salon waxing?
best to see the professional. if you buy a kit from a Sally's beauty supply, you are not taught how to professionally use it with the temp settings and how to apply and pull off properly. You can burn your skin and at worst rip hair off the brow where you did not want to. Sometimes that 1 hair you pulled doesn't always grow back. Keep it at the salon.Home waxing vs. salon waxing?
I found that doing it at home, it's best to use a hot waxing kit as opposed to cold wax strips. The hot wax helps to open your pores and makes hair removal easier. You'll find most salons use hot wax.
salon is way better
