First body waxing experience in salon?

I am going for my first waxing this week. Im gonna do full legs and bikini. My friends said that I need to tale couple Tylenol pain relievers prior to visit, what do I have to wear for bikini wax? Will I have to take my panties off? Any suggestions?First body waxing experience in salon?
I've never had my full legs done... just the bottom but I've definitely had a bikini wax. I never took off my underwear. They just had me hold them to the side while she did one side and then hold the other side. I would totally recommend taking a couple tylenol. All in all, it hurts but it will be over fairly quickly and then you'll have beautiful smooth skin!





You could always call ahead the place you're getting it done at and ask them what their waxing practices are. They should be able to tell you and then you can prepare from there.

I did this before a vacation once, and it was my first time. I did a full brazilian, which hurts a lot more. But to be honest a simple bikini wax doesn't hurt as bad as youd think. Those areas aren't quite as sensitive. And it doesn't matter what you wear, they will give you panties to put on that have a stretchy band so they can move the panties without uncovering your unmentionables. The full leg wax hurts a little bit, but nothing you can't stand. It only hurts for a moment when they pull the paper.. and then the pain is gone. So the pain is over with fast, and doesn't even hurt that bad. Though it does take about an hour if I remember right. But after the first time it hurts less and less. I now wax everything myself at home, the hair comes out so easy, it doesn't hurt any more, and some of the hair doesn't even grow back. I'm addicted to waxing.
I get brazilian waxed. The first time will be the most painful as it's pulling the most hair. Taking Tylenol won't hurt, might help with the stinging afterwards. If you have any aloe vera, put that on afterwards. You do take off the undies, but they either give you a paper pair, or cover you with a towel--unless you're like me and have known the wax lady for 3 years and knows she's seen it all! LOL! Good luck, maybe even have a drink beforehand to get all nice and relaxed. Much eaiser than being tensed up!

I had my back waxed, and the pain was pretty intense, but very short. You'll be fine.
yup ur going to take your panties off. it will be PAINFUL!
